FREE Buy & Collect

You can buy online and collect from our Boutique store in Workington, Cumbria. This service is available 7 days a week and is FREE of charge.

Order before 10pm for collection instore from 12noon the NEXT DAY or on a day of your choice.

Please note: Our store does not open on Sundays and Mondays. Not all products are available for Buy and Collect and this will be noted on its information page.

Here's how it works:

Step 1 - Buy Online

Place your order online by 10pm on any day of the week and your order will be available to collect instore from 12noon the following day or on a day of your choice (up to 14 days later). If you place your order after 10pm, the earliest time it will be available for collection is the day after tomorrow (i.e. an order placed after 10pm on Tuesday will be available for collection from 12noon on Thursday).

If you wish to collect your order from our store, please be aware that this store does not open on Sundays and Mondays.

The Buy & Collect service is available for most, but not all, items online. Therefore, we suggest you check the individual product pages to see whether the item is available for this service.

Step 2 - Collect in Store

When you arrive in store, please go to the Buy & Collect desk to pick up your order. Simply ask a member of staff in store.

Remember! When collecting your order please bring the following with you:

  1. A copy of your confirmation, despatch, or ready for collection email.
  2. The card that you used to purchase the items, or photographic ID (a driving licence or passport which must correspond to the identity of the purchaser).
  3.  If you would like someone else to collect the order on your behalf, they must bring both the above to the Buy & Collect desk, plus your written permission.
  4. If, for any reason, you are unable to collect your order when it’s ready, please contact the store to arrange an alternative date for collection. But, do not worry, we will keep your order at our store for seven (7) days from the date of delivery to the store.

After this period, you will be contacted and offered the opportunity to extend the collection date or to have a refund via your original method of payment and the item/s returned to our warehouse.

Where Gift Cards, Vouchers or eVouchers have been used as tender for an order (whether in whole or in part), any item that is automatically returned within that order will be refunded first in eVouchers to the same value that was originally spent in Gift Cards or Vouchers. Any remaining balance will then be refunded to the payment card (if used).

Important Information

Please note our full terms and conditions are listed on our website at www.cherrytreefashions.com and are agreed at the point of checkout.

Returns and Refunds (Exclusions Apply**)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Cherry Tree Fashions Ltd or www.cherrytreefashions.com please return your purchase within fourteen days, in a new/unused condition with all labels and tags intact, in the original packaging, and we will arrange for a full refund using the same method as the original payment.  (See ‘How to Return’ below)

All unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition, therefore please ensure that you are not wearing any make-up or fragrance that may affect the goods. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Please Note that unless the goods are faulty or damaged you are responsible for the payment of the return postage. We would recommend, therefore, that you use a reliable, signed for, delivery service.

Cherry Tree Fashions are happy to exchange or refund on any item you are not satisfied with, other than ladies millinery (Hats, Fascinators and hair accessories) and pierced jewellery (Exclusions Apply** listed below). Any unsatisfactory item must be returned, within fourteen days from receipt in an unworn/unused condition and at the customers own expense.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied at our discretion.

If the item is not returned within the fourteen days then we cannot issue a refund, but will issue a credit note to the value of the purchase only (this does NOT include the postage costs).

If you find you have ordered in error (i.e. Colour or size) and require a replacement, please include postage costs for your area to cover the return postage (Recorded Signed For). If it is an error on our part, we will cover all postage costs (Recorded Signed For).

**Exclusions Apply:

We DO NOT accept returns on any of the products in the following categories under any circumstance, please be sure of style and colour selection before you make your purchase. A colour match/swatch service is detailed and available on our website. Returns cannot be justified based on a colour or style mismatch within these categories:

  • Millinery fashions including all HATS, FASCINATORS & HEADWEAR are excluded from our return/refund policy.
  • Pierced Jewellery (including jewellery sets with pierced jewellery) is excluded from our return/refund policy.
  • Bespoke items/orders which have been created or adapted at your request are excluded from our return/refund policy.

In the interest of hygiene we are unable to exchange pierced jewellery, all hair accessories, hats and fascinators unless they are faulty. This does not affect your legal statutory rights.

  • Bespoke or ‘non-stock’ items which have been sourced for the customer or have been designed to a special requirement are non-returnable and are excluded from our return/refund policy;
  • We do not accept returns from outside the UK;
  • SALE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at Cherry Tree Fashions Ltd or www.cherrytreefashions.com before returning ANY items;
  2. Repackage the goods into their original packaging with all labels and tags intact;
  3. Return via your local Post Office and obtain proof of postage.

Please Note : Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
